All perishable goods from Redbanks Custom Cuts will be shipped on either Monday or Tuesday to ensure the freshness and quality of the products upon delivery. By shipping at the beginning of the week, we aim to avoid any potential delays over the weekend that could affect the condition of your order.

2. Shipping Method

We use 2-day shipping for all perishable goods. This expedited shipping method ensures that your items arrive quickly and remain fresh. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped, allowing you to monitor the delivery progress.

3. Packaging

All perishable goods are carefully packaged to maintain freshness during transit. We use dry ice or other suitable cooling materials to keep your items at the appropriate temperature. Our packaging is designed to ensure that your goods arrive in excellent condition.

4. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of the items and the destination. The total shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

5. Shipping Locations

Currently, we ship to addresses within the United States. We do not ship internationally at this time.

6. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1-2 business days. Please note that orders placed after 12:00 PM (EST) on Tuesday will be processed and shipped the following Monday.
